Most of the new web developers wants to know  "what’s the best free HTML editor." Many professional designers and web developers use an advanced WYSIWYG editor, such as DreamWeaver, but there are free alternative for this expensive product.

Kompozer is an open source web development tool built on NVU. The project strives to fix bugs in the NVU project and added new features to it.     Hello,
    There is another editor out there that is free. Besides HTML, it’s also nice for css and php editing. The program also supports other languages as well.
